Resistance Welding Equipment & Supply Company offers a complete line of Forgings and Seam Weld Wheels.
HOW TO ORDER SEAM WELD WHEELS:

SEAM WELD WHEELS: are available in three basic forms:

ROTF: Rough Oversized to Finish. This form is an oversized forging with NO MACHINING completed. All faces are rough. If you have a quality machine shop, you may wish to purchase this type wheel. For a quotation, contact our office with copper alloy, basic diameter and thickness required.

RMTF: Rough Machined to Finish. All outside dimensions are completed no mounting or locating holes have been drilled and no weld face has been turned. A RMTF Wheel looks like a flat, smooth, copper dinner plate. For a quotation, contact our office with your specifications of copper alloy, finished diameter and thickness.

Finished Machined: This type wheel has been machined to your exact specifications. When you receive a Finished Machined wheel, you are ready to install it and weld. For a quotation supply our office with a dimensioned print or sketch showing, copper alloy, finished dimension and thickness, mounting and locating hole pattern and sizes and, weld face specifications.

All Seam weld wheels are available in Class 1 (Zirconium Copper) Standard Class 2, and Copper Chromium Zirconium Class 2, Class 3 (both Beryllium and Beryllium Free (940) Copper)

Upon receipt of your information we will provide you with a prompt quotation. If you are un-sure of the alloy, advise our office of the material specifications that you are welding.

Our knowledgeable sales staff can assist you in selecting the correct alloy wheel for your application. Many other products and alloys available: Elconite, Molybdenum, Tungsten, Base Copper etc.
