You need a weld monitor to properly set up a weld schedule. You need a speedometer to know how fast your auto is going. You need a tachometer to know the RPMs of a motor. You need an EKG to determine the condition of your heart. All the above are similar in that they reveal visual evidence either analog or digitally. It is impossible to visually check time and current of each weld. The problem was mechanical. In this case, a sticky air cylinder. A Weld Monitor is a mandatory piece of equipment. The Monitor can report your weld parameters.
